"We should have read the reviews in detail. We would never have used this company. They started off by being very helpful. We had the main roof of the bungalow renewed and flat roof extension roof renewed which was done first. On inspection of the flat roof with the trader we were pleased and when he did the main roof they would use boards to protect flat roof from ladder damage. This was not done and we have gouges. When we asked him about this he stated he would just paint stuff on and fill with mineral. We were not happy with this and wanted it put right properly. On the main roof missing screws in ridge tiles. ridge tiles on the hip not cut properly. Behind the chimmney tiles are different heights. Metal scrolls on 2 corners just had a bent nail in them and the baton did not come to the end of the ridges. Lead flashing just wrapped round fascia board. Dry line ridge system all over the place sticks ot n some places no finished off. Promised to leave all clean and tidy but our loft is full of debris. We have photos to prove these errors."

"This is the second time we have used LM Roofing and another top quality job at a good price. Gutters facia and soffits replaced to a very high standard with great workmanship from Leigh and his team.Fantastic job and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again. Highly recommend them"
