Roger - Image 1 "I was recommended Lintott Building Solutions by the structural engineer that I had employed to take a look at the damage I had found in the loft. This was a good start and the recommendation proved excellent. Mark provided a fair price, was professional throughout, organised the different trades required and completed on time. He was a pleasure to deal with and helped me deal with the problem efficiently. This was exactly what I needed and a great relief. He was always available for a chat and provided updates throughout. "Having used Mark and his team 8 years ago on a house refurbishment he was our first port of call when we needed our loft boarded and a new hatch fitted Mark talked us through all the options and we received our quote when he said we would get it Work started when expected The lads were polite and professional and happy to fix any snags we came across Mark and the team will be exactly who we call as and when we are ready to do a loft conversion Excellent work by an excellent team"

Jenna - Image 1 "Mark and his team renovated our house. This was a large piece of work involving ceilings being replaced, rewiring, new pipes/radiators, new windows, a wall being knocked through to create an open plan kitchen/diner, and new kitchen and bathroom installation. Throughout the job, Mark was reliable and trustworthy. He’s a bit of a perfectionist, so you know the work is being done to a very high standard. We are really happy with it all, and will look to hire him again for the next stage of our project."

Scott Pearson - Image 1 "Contacted mark regarding a very badly previously maintained roof that was leaking, also had issues in draining away the rain water from the old box gutters as well as some work to the front of my business address (was currently wood) the original cladding was rotting so this also needed attention, after mark came to look & inspect the works that was required we processed to instruct mark at lbs to complete all the work, this was all completed with in the time frame he said also as a business with customers coming in and out the shop there needed to be safety procedures in place mark and steve made sure this was all in place and the work commenced replacing the roof also enlarging the box gutters and making the front of the shop much more presentable with new cladding. Mark and steve made sure every day all the old cladding & rubbish was cleared all the work was completed to a very high standard, any issues that I had mark explained the best route to fix. Thanks again lbs."
