    Derek - Image 1 "Richard came to my house and I outlined the job I would like doing which was the removal of a small artificial chimney stack on my roof which served no purpose at all as we had no fireplace and the pot on the roof was plugged. I had heard from others that these were a source of leaks in years to come. Richard came back to me with a good quote and it was game on. I had expressed my concern initially about any bricks falling into my false roof and Richard had assured me there would be no falling bricks and he was true to his word taking the stack down brick by brick ensuring nothing fell inside the roof and no bricks fell outside into the guttering or onto the tiles. His attention to detail is superb and if you want a job doing properly Richard and his staff are the ones you want at your house. I had put a tarpaulin in the false roof expecting bits to fall in but was surprised at how he managed to keep the larger bits out. He is a very likeable person and true to his word!"

    "We recently had Lincolnshire Roofing to repair a tricky leak. We were very impressed by the communication/liaison from the office, our involvement throughout the repair (including being shown photos and talked through the challenges) and the final bill being lower than the initial quote. We wouldn’t hesitate to use them again."

On our acceptance Richard and his team arrived promptly and professionally dressed which was something I’ve not seen before.
