Jenni Evans - Image 1 "During our loft conversion we were unable to find somebody local who would match our new stairway to the original staircase. We contacted Luke, who made the journey with a new staircase loaded in his van. It matched ours exactly and he had it fitted over the course of a morning. To say we were impressed was an understatement. He was a pleasure to deal with and we wish we had asked him to do the whole conversion! Would highly recommend!"

Nick Pinder - Image 1 "I would recommend Luke and his team at Lilywood without hesitation. They did our loft conversion in 2020 and to this day, we are delighted with it. By far the best builders we have ever used, I really can't fault them. The project went pretty much exactly as Luke said it would (even the national shortage of plasterboard due to Covid only delayed them by a week) and the quality is excellent. They were on budget with the only extras being those we agreed, one being a decision to replace all the bannisters to solid oak, work which Luke did personally and was a clear demonstration of his skill as a joiner/carpenter. All of the subbies were excellent (Paul the electrician, Paul the roofer, Paul the plasterer (yes, all Pauls by chance)), totally trustworthy and no hesitation with them being in our home. I've since recommended Luke to a friend in St Albans for whom he did a big renovation and they were delighted. Always happy to speak to potential customers/for them to come and see our loft."
