Our building services company Level Up Building is a family run business and was established in 2003. Since then we have been helping customers in Kent and the surrounding area by providing professional, trustworthy building services.

"Level up builders were incredible workers. Always on time, working all day long with minimal breaks and often going above and beyond. The quote given was accurate and they finished work as close to the estimated time as possible. Ian was always honest, straight to the point and willing to work with us on any problems that arose. It's was a pleasure to have him and Harvey in our home, and they end result of our kitchen renovation was stunning. Thank you level up builders, will recommend to all our friends and family."

Justyna - Image 1 "To say the least, I was not satisfied with the service. I have asked the trader and his team not to come anymore as I have lost any confidence that they know what they are doing. Damaged property, rubbish everywhere, lack of organisation, lack of quality, not following building standards, and constant gaslighting that I am at fault left me devastated. There was still much to be done and everything that was completed needed to be redone. I am very mad at myself that I have let this happen. I have put too much trust and too little supervision. If you are to undertake major renovation work then please don't rush it. Take your time finding the right person /or multiple teams and set out clear standards. Be clear in the contract what needs to be done. Educate yourself on basic standards and building regulations. Please don't repeat my mistakes."
Trader reply: "Thank you for your feedback as it's very important to us. We value your comments as customer service is our priority. The job was quoted for the customer on a like for like basis. The work undertaken by myself was to include labour and basic materials only. We discussed a schedule which was agreed and signed. Targets were set and materials were required to be on site. The kitchen was delivered late, along with the tiles. Not enough tiles were ordered which also held the work up. Coving was put up and the bedroom decorated and had to be stripped and redone due to a customized curtain pole the customer ordered not being available for a few months. I understand the customers frustration with the works taking longer than scheduled, however this wasn’t my fault due to materials not arriving on time. All the rubbish was cleared, but I did leave a few empty drink cans in the property over the weekend. This was an oversight for which I apologise. Kind Regards Level Up Building"
