"Les fitted a lock on a very awkward bathroom door. Really happy with the service, and the whole process from initial contact to completed job was very fast, with excellent communication. Price was very reasonable too. Wouldn’t hesitate to use LD again."

"My front door handle was totally loose and not functioning properly. When I phoned Les he was on another job. He said that he would come to my property as soon as he had finished there. He did as he said, and when he arrived he was very friendly and easy to talk to. Les discovered a broken spring, which he said was replaceable, which meant that he would not need to change the whole handle system. I had a working handle within a few minutes. Thanks Les!"

"Les came to change my mum's lock within half an hour and also replaced the key safe which had been smashed. The total cost was under £150 which I thought was very reasonable for an out-of-hours callout."
