"If you want the BEST of the best Joe & Jake are your guys. From our first meeting we were impressed with their professionalism, enthusiasm, attention to detail, friendliness, willingness to give ideas, knowledge and advice. Their quote was thorough & detailed, a rarity The boys have completely transformed our house top to bottom into the most stunning home. The bathroom floor tiles are victorian, each small piece individually laid, the end result a masterclass in tiling, likewise with the flagstones downstairs and all wall tiles. We trusted Joe & Jake implicitly to make decisions on our behalf and with doing all the work involved. They went above and beyond, spending time sourcing specific materials, chasing up deliveries, sorting any problems and keeping us informed every step of the way as we were not on site. They are a credit to themselves and their profession, we've enjoyed working with them and cannot shout their praise enough. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Joe & Jake"

"Really, really happy we found LCS. For mobility reasons we wanted a bath replaced with a shower. To do that we had to move a basin. This had been enough to stump “One of the top three mobility specialists in the country” (their salesman couldn't see a problem. Their surveyor said it was too complicated for them). Three/four bathroom specialists later (ALL would only consider ripping everything, floor to ceiling out - whether that's what the customer wanted or not) we came across LCS. They LISTENED to what we wanted/thought practicable & came up with a work-around. As things progressed they discussed all the possible options; with us at no time feeling pressured/pushed in a particular direction or made to have more works done than were necessary. We now have a bathroom JUST as we wanted it. Professional, very pleasant to work with (including working round our sickly cat), prompt, tidy and kept us informed of any hitches or concerns at all times. Totally recommended."

"Jake came on time and completed the task efficiently and quickly having assessed the requirements fetched the necessary parts and returned to fit them.He left the area spotless. Always cheerful and respectful"

"Jake and Joe completed our shower room refurbishment to a high standard. They were a pleasure to deal with, discussed our requirements and kept us informed when their previous project overran. They left the site in a clean and tidy condition and arranged for all the rubbish to be disposed when the work was completed. We are very happy with our new shower room and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them."
