LB Building Services is a well established, reliable and trustworthy company with over 30 years' experience.
I started in the industry in 1996 as an apprentice bricklayer and eventually went on to be a site manager at a construction company where I managed large commercial developments. I began running my own business in 2006 and have expertise in all aspects of general building and project management from new builds, extensions and refurbishments to conservatories, landscaping and roofing.
My team and I provide a professional, caring and high quality service no matter what the project and my customers rate me highly for my ability to stick to deadlines and for the quality of my workmanship. I provide a complete service from the initial free quotation to the end professional finish.

lisa - Image 1 "Professional, personable, highly skilled, clean, tidy, on budget & reliable- a great experience from start to completion. Luke and the team were absolutely fantastic throughout in creating our two storey extension. Luke took the time to understand our requirements, guiding us throughout and nothing was too much trouble. The build itself was like clockwork, smooth, on time with multiple trades coordinated seamlessly. Many people have commented on the build saying it’s like it’s always been there as the brickwork craftsmanship and render matches the original property perfectly. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending L B Building to anyone, I cannot fault any part of the experience and we are delighted with the result. The reclaimed brickwork is nothing short of beautiful! Paul - Image 1 "Luke and the team did an excellent job. A old patio and shrubs were removed and replaced and new fencing installed. They started and completed when they said they would, we’re helpful with minor changes as we went along, we’re friendly and left the job clean and tidy. All in all an excellent service. Highly recommended."

Sally - Image 1 "We used Luke and his team to landscape our garden and lay a patio after they previously built our large extension. We knew from the previous development that they were extremely reliable and the attention to detail was always exemplary. As before we were so pleased with the finish and the team were professional at all times. Our garden looks so different than it did before and we’ve had loads of positive comments from friends and family. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend LB builders and we will certainly use them again with any future projects."

Santi - Image 1 "Luke and his team started the job on time and completed the work as promised within the four months. The work at our house involved full internal renovation of almost the whole house with new insulated walls and floors and ceilings, the taking down of five walls to enlarge spaces on both floors and the building of a small extension to the bathroom. Luke was polite, tidy and consulted us at different stages of the work with suggestions as appropriate. The work was carried out safely and Building Control was very happy with their work. Any extra work needed was reasonably priced. Luke works to a high standard and I would be happy to recommend him to anyone looking for a reasonably priced builder offering a high standard of work."
