"Had Jay in to service our boiler. Found great recommendations from local Facebook groups and booked him in. On top of the boiler service we also needed some of the wiring tidying up and putting into a wiring centre which he sorted no problems."

"Working with Jay was a pleasant experience throughout and I'd definitely rely on him again for future plumbing jobs. On this occasion, I needed help with installing a Monarch water softener and a 6-stage RO system. What I really appreciate with Jay is the care, effort, honesty, and professionalism that he brings to the job. Whilst he had flagged that we may need a specialist to install the softener and RO system (given the under sink / cupboard space constraints), Jay was willing to invest his time and carry out his research to figure out how the systems could be installed together. His willingness to go the extra mile was clearly evident. Jay's workmanship is also top-notch - he took the time to plan out the job, ensuring everything could fit together. Additionally, clean work throughout - there was no mess for us to clean up. Thanks again Jay for the time + effort, very much appreciated!"
