"Lavinia and her team recently refreshed and landscaped both front and rear gardens including new lawns, paving, patio, retaining wall and replacement pebbles. From first visit, Lavinia and her team were very friendly, efficient, knowledgeable and professional. Always arrived on time, were considerate of disruption to us and neighbours and always cleared up after themselves. Very pleased with results - thank you. Would recommend."

Lynne - Image 1 2 images Lynne - Image 2 "Please see photo of rockery. Very poor work for the price. Sloppy, no attention to detail. I wish I had done my homework! I accepted what I felt was a very high quote expecting exceptional workmanship… less than £500 of materials, 6.5 days work in total… charged £7K Not worth it, in my opinion."
Trader reply: "Thank you for your feedback as it's very important to us. We value your comments as customer service is our priority. With every project I take on a quotation and detailed plan of action is listed including a price. The customer accepted. The picture shown is an add on she asked me to do in addition to the other work completed - the customer had some materials at home and asked if we could move them to one area together, to create an area for plant pots etc - there was no charge for this. After all works were completed, which included; 2 x patio areas , bespoke flower bed, a bespoke ramp, decking removal, gravel areas and complimenting all finished works.
