    "The painting was done with great care and attention. It was a pity that the plasterer who boarded the ceiling had not done such a good job so the painter had a hard task to fill and cover up the flaws in the work. He went above and beyond making the ceilings look good and was very pleasant. He cleaned up brilliantly and did not charge me over the reasonable quote price despite all the extra work created by the poor plastering job."
