    "Roof repair. It might involve a chimney. Mr White did what he said he would do.He did not rush the job and waited to see if the repairs were effective before taking down the scaffold.I was very pleased with his approach to the problem and I would ask him again to do roof repairs."

    "Pitched Roof Repair / Replacement of Flat Roof It has been a pleasure working with Ken. The quality of craftsmanship, courtesy and consideration of his entire team made the project a stress-free experience. Also highly appreciated, was Ken’s insistence on carrying out a final walk-through at the end of the job to make sure we were happy with everything. This was followed by a thorough clean-up of the site. You will not regret working with K M Building and Roofing. Thanks to the entire team."

    "Low pitch roof repair? Underfelt issue? Extremely pleased. Paul of KM Builders was very quick to respond to our request. He put my mind at ease very quickly. They visited and quoted soon after. Within 2 weeks of receiving my deposit works started. Ken was excellent to respond to any enquires with explanations and photos. He also advised me on how to save money! I received my 15 year guarantee on completion. We Highly recommend KM Builders"
