"Lee arrived promptly after my initial enquiry and gave me a reasonable quote, no ' sharp intakes of breath', and didn't ask for any upfront payment. His fitter Gary arrived promptly on the start date and worked hard to complete the installation within the agreed timescale. His workmanship was excellent and he paid attention to the small details, consulting me when necessary as the job progressed. It was a pleasure to deal with both Lee and Gary and I would recommend them to others."
