    "Stop valve was seized up and couldn’t switch mains water off. Kays answered call immediately and was here within 30minutes. Repaired mains water valve and replaced stop valve for washing machine. Very polite and superbly efficient. Won’t hesitate to use this plumber again. Nice to have someone that answers a phone as our local plumber was on answerphone. Louisa Girton"

    "Plumber Kay was really excellent: turned up when he said he would...and worked flat out to do a really good job...grouting my shower tray and sink, and replacing a waste disposal unit.
