Dom Le Moignan - Image 1 "Steve and the K&C team came recommended through a friend and we hired them to do a full ground floor refurbishment and back and side extension. It is a complex job, with many moving parts. As the job progressed, we also requested additional works to refurbish and decorate an upstairs bedroom and install a new bathroom. My main worry before embarking on our first big build project was whether we could trust whoever we hired to build it and I couldn’t be happier with Steve and the team. We’ve had various anomaly’s that our old house has thrown up and we’ve been able to have quick and efficient chats with Steve to find cost effective and high spec solutions. K&C take the standard of finish enormously seriously and they don’t cut corners in getting the job done right. I’ve also been very relieved that they haven’t found small excuses to bump up the fees unnecessarily. So if you’re looking for a builder you can trust to get the job done to a high standard I’m pleased to recommend K&C."

"We’re very happy with the refurbishment of my lower ground floor carried out by K&C. From the initial consultation to the final touches, the entire experience was wonderful. Steve and his team were professional, knowledgeable, and highly attentive to our needs, ensuring every aspect of the project was completed to the highest standard. The workmanship was impeccable, and they transformed the space beautifully, making it more functional and inviting. They stayed on schedule, maintained excellent communication throughout, and kept everything clean and organised. We couldn't be happier with the results and would highly recommend K&C to anyone considering a refurbishment project."
