"Contacted James with regards to leak in roof and missing tiles. James was very friendly and polite and provided me with reasonable quote. He returned next day to carry out the repairs and videoed the work carried out and potential further work needing attention which he was able to carry out without any hassle. Great job 👍"

"Got James to carry out some roof repairs due to bird and water damage. He was very good at communicating, explaining his plans well and estimated timelines for carrying out the work. The work was tricky at height but they were able to carry out in a good job in good time and left the site looking tidy. He sent a written breakdown and quote early on, and explained well any additional work that needed carried out with a rough estimate of costs. Would recommend."

"I recently bought a house and uncovered some extensive damage, JW Rooking called me back straight away and came to the address that evening to have a look. Due to the extent of the damage they made space in thier schedule to get the repairs done ASAP so as not to further increase the damage. The price was very reasonable, the work was done much quicker than I expected with no intrusions, and they made sure there was no mess left behind. Nice team who were passionate about the work. Fantastic job and would 100% recommend."

"Got James out to quote for some roof repair following a small fire. Obviously, I'm not a roofer, and he was able to show me the job wasn't as bad as suspected and the repair needn't be as expensive as I had suspected. We discussed options and costs and they were able to fit me in before they started on another, much larger, piece of work. However, the repair dragged on due to some complications and they ended up working at the weekend, before they started their next job. I wasn't about to climb onto the roof, so James videoed everything and provided me with daily updates and even fixed some cracked tiles on an adjoining roof whilst they were up there. He even pointed out some very shoddy work from the original roofers and showed me their repair which was to current standards. Very grateful to James and his Team for working on at the weekend to finish. An excellent job and you wouldn't know the roof had been damaged as they blended in their repair so well."
