"I contacted them by email as I wasn't sure that they covered London and got almost immediate reply giving costs to fix an old upvc tilt and turn window that no longer closed. (Quite often you don't get a reply at all so I was impressed.) Knowing there was 'no fix, no fee' terms was reassuring as I had my doubts it could be saved. But it was. They were fast and tidy and gave advice on maintenance. Great relief that I didn't have to pay for a pair of new windows!"

"Very happy with the work carried out - the balcony door feels much sturdier and has been aligned properly now as it was leaking air/water before. I was given 1 year guarantee and was told if anything shrinks or goes out of place, it will be fixed free of charge. Everyone was very kind and informative, straight to the point and professional. I feel like I'm in good hands. Would recommend and would use the services again!"
