"Repaired broken opening window by replacing broken fitments top and bottom. Efficient, friendly and luckily the same day service. Updated with arrival time nearer the time. Rafal advised on future window care and explained the 10 year guarantee. Was given leaflets about the fitments used. All looking good now. Can recommend this company and would use them again."

"I contacted them by email as I wasn't sure that they covered London and got almost immediate reply giving costs to fix an old upvc tilt and turn window that no longer closed. (Quite often you don't get a reply at all so I was impressed.) Knowing there was 'no fix, no fee' terms was reassuring as I had my doubts it could be saved. But it was. They were fast and tidy and gave advice on maintenance. Great relief that I didn't have to pay for a pair of new windows!"
