"I requested a visit to help remove a pigeon's nest from my building. The trader came when I was not at home (I informed them that I could not be present at the time that he wanted to come). He claimed to have completed the job, but when I came home, I found a live pigeon was locked inside a cavity in my flat's ceiling. The pigeon spent the night trying to escape. The trader came back the next day to release the pigeon, but was unable to remove the nest and therefore left the hole open. The trader insisted on receiving prompt payment regardless. I agreed to pay on condition he would come back to resolve the issue once possible. After payment, I requested an invoice to claim the expense back. This was over two weeks ago. I kept messaging, but the trader has ignored messages and calls since then."
