"I used JS Group to install a surveillance system at my home. I was skeptical because of the rip off reputation of other firms but I had nothing to worry about. From the start, Joe and Steve were professional/patient, and worked within my budget. Steve came out and did a video suggesting places to put cameras while I was at work. Emails and texts went back and forth while we mulled it over. Joe did one final recce upon my request before installation day. I never felt sales pressured, they just recommended the equipment and gave me choices depending on budget. Installation day went smoothly. They finished the job in under 8 hours with no hiccups. I was left a succinct video explaining how to use the screen and they left everything clean and tidy without a footprint. I got a QR code and an explanation how to download/use the app which is great. I now feel secure in my home knowing I have excellent CCTV coverage. I’m really happy and would recommend this hones/professional firm any day!"

"Once we had experienced the devastating effects of having an intruder in our home, our quest was to get our home as secure as we possibly could. I spoke to Joe from JS Group, not only was he sensitive to our situation he made an appointment for the very next day and also agreed to come after I’d finished work at 5.30pm. Joe listened to our needs and offered expert advice as to location of cctv cameras in order to maximise coverage to all areas of our property. At no time during this meeting did I feel pressured into a sale. Joe installed the cctv cameras and Steve did our intruder alarm. Both guys were very knowledgeable in their profession, extremely polite and only too willing to answer any questions that we had, which were many and reassured us that they would continue to answer all queries even once the install was finished. I could not recommend these guys highly enough; they have made us feel a little safer both in and away from our home. Thank you Joe & Steve"

"Exemplary customer service from request for discussion on TrustaTrader, to initial contact, visit and completion of work a week later. I had not had any security alarm systems installed previously and had a lot of questions for Steve. He not only answered all questions but encouraged them at the site visits and subsequently by email and phone if necessary - a rarity nowadays. I never felt patronised or subject to the "hard sell" and the experience was a genuine pleasure. It meant that, following installation, i was as confident as one can be when a new system has been installed and that if there were any legacy issues, i could always phone Steve to discuss."

"Steve & Joe were fantastic from start to finish. They installed 2 cameras to our garage and connected to our wifi not leaving any mess despite drilling and running wires in the pouring rain. They were courteous at all times, taking shoes off whenever entering our home. Could not of wished for a better company to use for our needs. Thank you both so much :)"
