Colin - Image 1 "Work to add Solar Batteries to an existing Solar installation. Communication from the company was very good and they attended both for the Survey and Install promptly. Installers were very clean and tidy. Following work the ability to integrate my existing Enphase system onto the App was carried out as promised. Follow up paperwork for Building Regs, Electrical Test and Guarantee was supplied in a pack straight after the work was completed. Ability to pay via a Credit card for additional protection was a bonus."

"The whole process of the installation of my solar panels and battery from the initial visit by the salesman, the survey and the installation itself were very professional and efficient. I am delighted with the result, it is very neat and the equipment and cabling is unobtrusive. The first battery that was installed failed shortly after commissioning (no fault of JPS), but they installed a replacement the next day which was brilliant. I am very pleased that we selected JPS for the project.."

"Rare to encounter a company that has been such a pleasure to deal with throughout every stage of design, installation and post-installation support. Thoroughly knowledgable, competent and incredibly hard-working staff, willing to explain and discuss all the aspects of the solar and battery system. The installation of domestic solar panels and Powerwall was completed in appalling weather conditions in only two days and the quality of the work was faultless. Teething troubles with the configuration were promptly resolved. All staff have been unfailingly courteous and helpful, even while working in wind, rain and mud. I am absolutely delighted with the final system. Many thanks to all those involved."
