Our building services company JPH Property Developments was established over 20 years ago, and I have 40 years experience in the building industry. Since then, I have been helping customers to achieve precisely what is desired and within the timescales planned, whilst keeping my customers fully informed along the way. I am a multi-skilled, very experienced professional, and use a trusted network of other tradesmen.
I know it can be hard to find a builder that you can rely on. JPH Property Developments has a wealth of knowledge and experience of most aspects of building work, house renovations, extensions, loft and garage conversions, including planning from start to finish, working with architects, and advising on compliance with local Building Control and Regulations.

"Jason, of JPH Property installed a downstairs toilet and installed our new kitchen. He came to the house to view the work required, and gave us a quote. He struck us as being honest and was very comprehensive with what the job entailed. We accepted and agreed the work. He turned up every morning at 7.30 and waited until 7.45 before starting bang on time as he said he would. He finished whatever part of the work he planned to do every day before leaving. Once he did you wouldn’t know he was there drilling and banging, and the mess a job like that would leave. He cleaned up meticulously and if he came in and his assistants did not do the same, they would know about it. He doesn’t suffer fools gladly. If anything, he’s a perfectionist and he would never cut corners. He even insisted that we wouldn’t enter the work area unless he called us in, or we asked first! Very safety conscious. The work was completed on time and exceeded expectations. Highly recommended."

Debbie - Image 1 "I have to say that I couldn't be more pleased with the work that Jason and his team completed - which was a tricky job of removing a very old conservatory, building a ground floor extension and installing bi-fold doors and completely rending the rear of the property. Working to the highest standards and being a perfectionist Jason expects the same from his team. From start to finish everything has gone very smoothly ; apart from being experienced and very knowledgeable, considerate and courteous he offered useful advice and suggestions to the job. He is also very organised! Because communication and planning is key to any project Jason keeps everything on track updating me as the job progressed as well as being the most tidy builder ever. I am so impressed with the result as it has transformed the rear of the house and I would personally recommend JPH Property Developments for any project."
