    "I found John on Trust a Trader when my shower failed just before Christmas. Despite being about to finish work he agreed to come round and fix it straight away. He was friendly, professional and knowledgeable and explained the problem and what he could do. The shower was too old to get parts so he worked hard to find a solution even though it took some time. I was really impressed with John's attitude and helpfulness and would definitely use him again."
