"John has just completed a small structural job in our kitchen renovation that involved installing a steel post to support a load bearing wall. Although small, this piece of work required coordinating with a structural engineer, building control and steel fabricator. John's service was exemplary throughout. He was incredibly easy to contact, proactive, and his wealth of experience and knowledge as builder of over 30 shone through. The project was completed as quickly as possible, and with a high quality of workmanship. I would highly recommend John for any project that you have, big or small!"
