"Trader completed the work, but he wasn't as conscientious as we would have hoped and it felt like if we hadn't pointed out areas of concern several times during the project the issues wouldn't have been addressed in a satisfactory way."
Trader reply: "Thank you for your feedback, we are very surprised to receive these comments considering that the work was completed in January 2023 almost 6 months ago. JMB advised the customer on the quotation that depending on the condition of the walls after removing the old wallpaper we will have to re-plaster all the walls. The customer received two comparable quotes for the plastering prior to the work being undertaken. Having received the best price, the customer still ignored our recommendation to plaster the walls and we, therefore, had to repair the walls as best we could through tirelessly filling and sanding. We worked above and beyond the scope of work we originally quoted for, and achieved the best possible finish. The customer was happy with the work on completion and paid the invoice in full."

"Joe is a hard working, honest, helpful and reliable person. He painted some internal rooms in my house and cleaned internally and externally my conservatory. As an old house inevitably there were some unforeseen snags along the way which Joe discovered and handled willingly and expertly. Nothing is ever too much trouble for him and he is always ready and willing to go the extra mile. His work is of a high standard, precise and clean. I am very happy with all the work he carried out for me. Bernadette"
