"Jack arrived at my house very punctually and worked very efficiently throughout the day. He kept me in the loop throughout and explained everything that he found whilst completing the work - things that weren't visible before, for example, wires that had been damaged by mice. He explained clearly what he planned to do to rectify this. The work carried out on my new consumer unit was incredibly neat and the area now looks much better than it did before. He made sure everything was thoroughly tested before certification was issued. Not only is Jack a good electrician but more importantly, he is a very good and honest person - I found this out whilst talking to him throughout the day. I would be happy to recommend him to anyone and will almost certainly employ his services again myself in the future. I place a great deal of importance in trust, especially for tradesmen. Jack was recommend to me by my sister as someone honest and trustworthy- he did not disappoint!"

"Jack was brilliant, he came and quoted us, explained everything he needed to do to fulfil our requirements and quoted us the same day. He messaged a day or so before he was due to ensure no plans had changed, turned up on time, was courteous and polite, removed his shoes and cleaned up the debris from replacing a fan. All in all I highly recommend Jack, nice guy, straight up did what he said he would and was helpful through every stage of the process. I would definitely recommend him."
