JL Plastering is a plastering & Venetian plaster/ microcement company based in Blackpool. I offer a broad range of plastering services to customers throughout Lancashire, and with over 10 years in the business you can be assured that I will always deliver high standards every time.
Plastering is a skill that requires experience, training and precision; if you choose the wrong plasterer you could end up with unsightly bumps and bubbles that you will have to put up with for years to come. I understand the techniques involved in all plastering work and strive for perfection.
Over the last 10 years or so I have developed a reputation for my high standards of work and will always continue to do so. Promoting best practice in all that I do and remain up to date with the latest techniques and materials. To this end, I am associated with the following professional bodies:

Before undertaking any job, I will work with the customer to gain a good understanding of what they need ensuring that their requirements are either met or exceeded. Applying excellent workmanship to jobs of all sizes for commercial and domestic customers and will leave your business or home clean, tidy and with a new lease of life.
I specialise in Venetian and polished plastering. Micro-cement, dry-lining, skimming, damp-proofing, and sound proofing. Together with most other plastering services, including:

"Outstanding work from JL Plastering. Full project management to complete damp proofing on the ground floor of my property. Jake managed each aspect of the job taking the stress of this task away from me. He arranged other tradesmen to complete work such as electrics, joinery and removal of all hardcore. Thanks to Jake and his team for their speedy and professional approach."

"Jake always turned up when he said he would and had no problems with contacting me to discuss anything (something that doesn't usually happen with tradespeople in my experience). He explained all the options and the price he quoted was fair. The price he quoted was the final price I paid. Jake and his team always tried to leave the house as tidy as they could - I mean this was plastering with breathable membranes which meant some back to brick so there was always going to be mess but they never left without doing what they could. Thank you Jake and team."

Mick - Image 1 "JL Plastering and Venetian Design are very professional and great craftsmen. Would recommend to anyone wanting a unique look to their home, every finish is a one-off. He can even Venetian finish worktops/cupboards if required. Can't praise him enough, I saw some of his work on Facebook and asked for a quote for building and Venetian plastering a media wall. He stuck to his price and offered good suggestions which showed his experience. He arranged a visit to the training establishment where he learned his skill in Venetian and Polished Plastering, which is an advisory centre and showroom, so we could choose a finish to suit our decor requirements(loads to choose from). He even made us a large sample board to ensure we were happy with the colour/finish. He completed the work yesterday and we are really pleased. Work was carried out to a higher standard than we actually envisaged and all our floors/furniture were protected during the work. He’s friendly and professional. Thanks Jake"
