Hi
I specialise in a wide range of handyman services, including plastering, plumbing, painting, garden maintenance, jet washing, carpentry, and more. All our services come with £1,000 in free cover from a third party you can sign up to before work starts.
In addition to these services, I also offer:
Drone piloting to assist in identifying issues in hard-to-reach areas.
Metal detecting services. These can be used to ensure the safety of people and animals by detecting sharp objects in the ground, locating lost items, or even uncovering potential artefacts just below the surface of your land or garden! ( we are fully insured to metal detect by the NCMD ).
Special arrangements can be made for landlords and businesses.
I am fully insured to work in domestic homes as well as commercial properties, including shops, cafes, and schools. Insurance will be listed on my builder and available on request.

"James kindly provided an initial inspection and quote for proposed remedial works for rising damp. He provided lots of detailed information regarding his findings, and was honest with suggested further work/investigations required."

"James and his team have carried out damp proof work in 4 rooms. The quote was detailed and gone through again at the start of the job so we had the same expectations. There was no pressure or hard sell and booked in with a decent date. All work carried out as expected and left tidy at the end of each day . A lot of time was taken to put down floor coverings and protective the furniture and leave clean at the end of the job. Punctual and polite throughout."
