    "I had a leak in my roof that needed fixing. Various roofers had tried to fix it before but it kept coming back. When it started leaking again, John was one of 3 roofers I got to quote for the job. He came in more expensive than the others, but I went with him because he was the only one to diagnose that the leak was caused by the valley being too narrow - the others were just going to replace felt and tiles, or patch over with more flashing, but hadn't seemed to think about what might actually be causing the leak. It was a tough job as access was very difficult and had to be coordinated with downstairs neighbours. John was polite and managed to complete the job on time with minimal disruption in difficult circumstances, leaving the neighbours' garden spotless. The scaffolders he worked with were also polite and professional. Most importantly - I'm writing this in the morning after Storm Bert, I've just gone up into the loft, and the place where the water used to come in is bone dry."

    "We have used John for two roof replacement jobs and been pleased with the outcomes on both occasions. Always polite and helpful. There was a different team on each job but well supervised both times. They are clearly busy but when work starts it is finished quickly and well tidied up afterwards."
