"I had a sudden leak and JD Plumbing came within a couple of hours. They were very helpful with great service. They explained everything and took photos as the leak was at the rear of the toilet . A further separate leak occurred at the same time (hot water cylinder) and they stayed and sorted this. I would highly recommend."

"Happy with the work completed, the main issue was that they needed to return as they needed a part and said they would come back the next day. However they didn’t attend and we had no contact from them. I had to contact the office who said they couldn’t get hold of them and that they would try to get someone else to come the next day on a weekend. Then there was no information given as to whether someone would come the next day or not. No one attended so I had to contact the office on the Monday and they said they would come back that day, they did then attend and finish the work to a good standard."

"I’d been looking to get my boiler replaced for a while, a friend recommended JD Plumbing and Heating. I looked at the website and the Google reviews and reached out to them. I spoke with Joe who has such a passion for his business and customers. Joe spent time going through what I had currently, what my needs are and what would be best. After they visited to check everything a detailed quote was sent which I quickly accepted as it was competitive with others I had received but I could tell by the service Joe had provided up to the point that this was the company I wanted to do the job. The job itself went ahead with no issues and I was kept informed at every stage. Very happy with my new boiler and that JD Plumbing and Heating will be taking care of things from now on. Highly recommend."
