JBS Home Improvements Ltd is a reliable, professional home improvements company, specialising in rendering. We are based in Southport and covering all surrounding areas.
K-Rend has become so popular in recent years, it is now one of most popularly requested projects. Each K-Rend project is completed by our highly skilled team of plasterers; lead by John, our Head of Plastering, who has 20+ years of plastering / rendering experience.
So why is K-Rend so popular?
It is a unique system which not only modernises the look and colour of your home but improves the structural integrity of the walls due to the mesh base layer which is applied under the coloured topcoat. The topcoat comes in a range of colours and textures, with the main advantage of K-Rend being that there is absolutely no future maintenance or painting as with traditional render.
K-Rend not only makes a building look more attractive, but it can also help to protect your home, by helping to prevent structural damage and damp.

- Completed media wall, incorporating fireplace. This created a great feature in this room as well as housing and hiding all wires and sockets etc. LED glowlights were installed behind the screen as well as aeound the perimeter of the room.
