"I can't comment on how the plumber was on site as I wasn't there but the booking process was simple, the work was done quickly and the tenants in the property reported a job well done so all round good service."

"Contacted JB Plumbing and Heating for a quote for a Gas Safety check and contact was made very quickly through email by Sam. Sam booked in a suitable appointment time and also informed me to cancel the visit the day before but booked me in quickly for another day when I was free. Got back to me the same day as the visit for a quote for a new fitted gas cooker. An excellent service provided by Sam. The engineers Danny and Ollie who came out were very friendly and provided an excellent service. Danny was very Knowledgeable and answered any questions I had. They even measured up for new fitted gas hobs. Thank you"
