    "Joe Got back to me very quickly. Came out next day with Dean. Very pleasant and polite.Informed me exactly what work would be required to repoint leaking chimney. And very reasonable cost. Dean Went in loft showed photo's of leak. Did a great job. Also did roof inspection. Ridge tiles needed repointing. So did that too. Plus gutters cleaned of loads of moss. Very happy with all work. Will definately use Joe again."

    Nick - Image 1 "Following the storms of the last couple of weeks we found a leak in one of our bedrooms. The insurance came out and were happy to pay for the internal damage but found no evidence of storm damage to the roof. JB Maintenance came out promptly. Dean went up on the roof and found evidence that the tiles had been lifted and that water had flowed down the underside of the tiles. They were re-seated and re-pointed. These guys are very professional and we would recommend and use them again."
