"Had a small emergency of a leaking tap in a awkward cupboard that was difficult to get to and after having 1 plumber visit the house and decide not to get involved and other plumbers on the phone refusing the job, James really saved the day. He came the same day as soon as he could and within a couple of trips to the van he was done and gone. Thanks again."

"We suffered a severe double burst of a mains water pipe in our loft during the cold snap in December while away on holiday. It was so bad the upper ceilings collapsed as well as the hall and kitchen. The house was wrecked. Over the course of 10 weeks James kept us sane with his empathy and can do attitude. "Sorry cannot upload the work as it was a new complete central heating system which covered a large area with underfloor work but everything was done to complete satisfaction including all pipework and radiators"
