"Took a chance in selecting Joe Smith from the Trusted Trader list and very glad I did. He came to us in response to my call re. a water leak through the roof and identified the cause - collar on a vent pipe that was out of position. Simple job. He dealt with that straight away and refused payment, just saying remember him next time! He could easily have made a big job of it and we would have been none the wiser. Refreshingly honest and I’d be happy to recommend Joe to anyone. M. Hall."

"The roof replacement was completed to a high standard. We were advised when workmen would be coming and they came on time. The work was finished in the time and also at the price initially quoted. We agreed to also have gutters replaced and this was done at a very fair price and promptly to take advantage of the scaffolding. The property was tidied at the end of the job. We would highly recommend this company as not only are we very pleased with the work done, we found them friendly and helpful, and always courteous to ourselves and our neighbours. It was good to see the video of the roof before and after."

"I am very impressed with the quality of work carried out by J.Smith property maintenance . They painted my bungalow for me. Joe was punctual and polite at all times, explaining everything he was doing. He left my property clean and tidy and was fairly priced. Wouldn't hesitate to use him again or recommend him to others. My once gloomy bungalow now looks amazing, thanks to Joe and Jade."
