"Tom and his team could not have been nicer or helped anymore than they did. Having never met before, they were in the house and had my boiler replaced within 24 hours of the initial call out, and on a Friday night out of hours. Just incredible service, and excellent work. Worth every penny."

"We found J&S Property Service to be one of the kindest and most reliable tradesmen we've worked with. They renovated our bathroom to a very high standard and managed to fit us into their busy schedule just before the arrival of our second child. Shortly after, our boiler broke down, leaving us without heating or hot water during a cold winter, which was especially challenging with two young children in the house. We called them for help, and once again, they went above and beyond. They fit us in at very short notice, upgraded our entire heating system, and even worked late both evenings to ensure we didn’t have to use endure another day without hot water. The level of care, attention, and effort they put into their work is unmatched. We are incredibly grateful for everything they’ve done and will continue to use them for all our future renovations and upgrades. They always exceed expectations and have truly earned our trust."

"Tom was super helpful and friendly on my first telephone conversation with him, I explained my urgency for his services and he accommodate my request. Very professional services explained exactly what I needed doing within guidelines of the law regulations for connecting a new duel fuel gas cooker. His colleague Jerry was charged with doing the work, he was also very professional and friendly 👏 👌. Will gladly recommend."

"Gas leak repaired with new piping. Also boiler serviced. Very clean and tidy work. Always good advice, and good value. Phones ahead of appointment to know exactly when they will arrive. Overall, very impressed."
