"Excellent job. JL loft conversations have transformed our loft space into two bedrooms with a bathroom to share. From the start of the project Jason and the team understood exactly what we wanted and maximise the space we had to make two lovely rooms for our daughters. He was very precise with the price and time schedule and also explained all options to suit our budget. They was clean and made sure everything was safe when done for the day as we was still living in the property at the time. Good after service when called back to to minor snags. I would definitely use again and definitely recommend! As good reliable builders are hard to find. Many thanks again"

"I have used JL Loft conversions for various refurbishment / redevelopment of properties. Work has been carried out efficiently and as per specification. "Jason Carried out work for us providing a hip to gable, dormer loft conversion. I have nothing but excellent feedback. He was always patient, punctual, polite, friendly, and honest, and very competitive with his price. It was never a problem to contact him, he was available 24/7, and nothing was ever too much trouble. His knowledge and workmanship are to the highest standard. Certain tradesmen, he used too, were to a impeccable standard, these being his brickies, roofer, electrician, and the team who made our stairs. At the time this was being completed, summer 2021 , demand for materials increased tenfold, meaning the availability and price had a negative knock on effect. This is obviously out of anyones control. Jason made us aware of this, and he was more than happy to provide receipts for materials so we could see where the extra money was going. I would 100% recommend him. You do not need to look elsewhere."
