"After waiting three weeks for other plumbers to replace my broken shower pump. I found Josh on this site and between us we arranged for him to come up on Sunday, his day off before going on holiday, to replace my shower pump. He understood that I didn't want to wait another two weeks before my shower could be fixed. On the arrival he arrived earlier than expected, removed the old pump, installed a replacement. Checked the water pipes for airlocks, and cleaned up after the work was done. The shower is now working again, and we're very pleased with the work done. Josh is a reliable plumber, works in a tidy fashion, and we've arranged for him to return in future for future tasks to be done around the house. Thanks Josh"

Natasha - Image 1 "Josh has been one of the most reliable tradesman I’ve used. He responds quickly to messages and gives the best advice, he’s professional yet so down to earth. His work was spot on, he really knows his stuff he did all the checks with the heating and radiators and waited some time before heading off to make sure it was all working perfectly. His cleanliness was something I’ve not seen in a long time. He used overshoes and cleaned up everything this for many makes having trades in your house so much easier, it was very refreshing. I honestly would highly recommend him to anyone and always use him myself in the future. He’s come out on a Sunday morning on time and not let me down on anything. Thanks josh you’ve done an amazing job. Natasha"
