At J Calver & Son we have been providing carpentry and joinery services to customers in Leicestershire for over 30 years. As craftsmen with in-depth knowledge of our trade, we use a combination of traditional and modern methods to help each customer to achieve the finish they desire without compromising on quality.
We believe that all joinery should be done to the highest standards, whether it’s a feature staircase or hanging a door. To this end, we conduct a consultation with each prospective customer so that we can accurately gauge their expectations, desired functionality, timescale and budget. This allows us to advise each customer of the best course of action based on their particular needs and helps us to achieve high rates of customer satisfaction for our bespoke carpentry.

"We are thoroughly delighted with everything we have had done. From the first time we sent our enquiry to Maria, communication is always quick and helpful, Joe is a genuine craftsman and works incredibly hard with Louie who make a great team. We have now used Joe for several jobs from trimming doors & fitting new door frames to stripping and replacing the cladding on our house. Each time Joe has taken the time to understand what we are trying to achieve and provided really good advice to give us a fantastic end result no matter how big or small the job."
