"Contacted John via Trust a Trader for an emergency kitchen repair (sink had fallen from below worktop). Despite his busy schedule he managed to fit us in at short notice, and associate Reese arrived promptly in the morning, assessed the situation and got to work. Within 2 hours our sink was reinstated, glued, locked and sealed in place better than when it was fitted. The family are happy but I have to recommence washing up - Boo I have saved John's contact details in event of future property maintenance requirements, and have no hesitation in recommending him most highly"

"This was a small but difficult job to install two fence spurs and fit onto two fence posts after replacing one of the posts. The original posts were fitted into a deep concrete hardstand with a lot of concrete added originally. The job took, as I expected half a day. The work was fairly priced and I was lucky I suspect to get it done so soon after enquiring I would have no problem recommending J Birnie Property Maintenance for the difficult jobs or routine jobs."

"I contacted John at J Birnie Property Maintenance on the 7th May 2024 for a quote to repair a broken fence post with a concrete spur. John provided a quote of £95.00, which was cheaper than the quotes I had received that day from other local fencing companies. He said that he would try to fit it in between other jobs as soon as he could. John called me back on the 9th May and said they were available the next day at about 10.30 to fix the post, which I agreed. John and his team arrived on time and immediately started on the work to repair the fence post. They were all very friendly, polite, professional and efficient and the job was completed far more quickly than I had expected, and left in a very clean and tidy state. The fence post is now back to its original firm and upright position, with no movement. I would highly recommend this company for fence repairs and would not hesitate to use them again for this and their other landscaping and property maintenance skills, if required."
