Our company has over 30 years experience in the building trade.
We offer a professional, reliable and trustworthy service in which we include free quotations and estimates, competitive prices and all our work is fully guaranteed.

"Jason has transformed the outside of our home (front and back), I couldn’t be more pleased with the finished look and high standard of the work completed, within the time frame he’d originally estimated and to budget. Jason was efficient with his communication, punctual, transparent with costs and he consulted me at key stages when necessary. The project included clearing gutters, fungicidal wash of fascia’s and conservatory roof, Preparing surfaces and painting. Fixing trim of a wheelie bin storage. He carried out a very thorough job to ensure it doesn’t have to be done again for some time. Throughout the week he kept me updated and went over and above my expectations offering additional support with organising scaffolding and another tradesman to re-mastic my bathroom. I’d recommend J&K Property Service."
