"Ion was a lifesaver! He's super friendly, knowledgeable, and really knows his stuff. The quote was straightforward, and he explained everything clearly over the phone. "Ion is fantastic. He is prompt, courteous, accommodating, and very professional. We got a free quote over the phone quick and easy with pictures. He arrived a few days later fully kitted out including booties for his shoes, a mat to place his tools on and everything else. Our new tap looks and works great. We'll definitely use him again for any plumbing. I'm really glad we ended up with him as we've had issues before with plumbers in London in the past, but Ion is perfect."

"Ion was brilliant. Clear communication before the job so that I had a clear plan of costing and what that would cover (other places give you a high cost but are vague about what it covers). Ion was punctual, polite and very tidy. He went above and beyond to fix the issue and explained what he had done and was thorough in checking that the issue was fully sorted before he left. The whole process felt reassuring and I would not hesitate to call on him again should I need to. Highly recommend!"
