"Phil and his team replaced a broken gas water heater with a new more up to date model. I understand that he usually does much larger jobs but he came and very patiently explained our options. He sourced a new model, fitted it, cleanly and quickly."

"Phil and his team did an absolutely fantastic job of knocking the bathroom and toilet into one, creating a wet room style shower, with bath, wall hung toilet and floating sink. From initial discussions to see what was possible, Phil was really helpfully in making suggestions, solving problems without any fuss and carrying out all the work in such a tidy manner. The team worked on time and on budget, completing the redesign in just under two weeks and to the highest standard. I would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending this company."

"I had a radiator leak and as Instantheat had previously installed a new boiler for me I called them out to do extra work. New TVR's were installed on a number of older rads. A problem with a towel rail was resolved and a further radiator rehung. The team were very courteous and carried out the work in a professional manner."
