    "What was initially thought to be a straightforward blockage, Roger revealed, by CCTV footage, to be a broken drain. He explained to me in detail the nature of the problem and how he would resolve it. He provided an estimate for the work entailed and finished the work in two days. He turned up on time and kept me briefed fully as the work progressed and, most importantly, left the premises neat and tidy. A job well done!"

    "I contacted Roger on Friday and he came to carry out the survey the following Monday. He showed me the CCTV footage as he was carrying it out and pointed out any issues with the pipework. Roger gave a clear explanation as to what I should ask my builder to do to rectify the problems-he was doing a drain survey , required by STWA, prior to my having an extension built. He is a pleasant and friendly person who answered all of my questions. I wouldn't hesitate to use him again."
