Ins Property Claims Ltd are a specialist building and independent loss assessor company.
Our dedicated professionals handle every aspect of your claim from start to finish. This includes home and commercial building damage surveys, insurance claims disputes, reinstatement works and more.
We work on your behalf to help ensure a fair settlement for you and aim to remove the hassle and disruption of the insurance claim. In addition to this we work with reputable contractors who are committed to reinstating your property with high quality repairs.
More importantly there are no costs to you, except your insurance excess, as we are paid directly by the insurer for the repairs we complete. We will meet with your Loss Adjusters on site, if required and project manage the repairs.

"|I would highly recommend Insurance Property Claims Ltd. I had quite extensive water damage occur through a leaking underground pipe. Having to deal with the insurance company and arrange the repair work myself would have been overwhelming. Once Neil took over, he guided me through the process in a calm, courteous and reassuring manner. When the claim was approved and the work eventually began, the subcontractors who were extremely skilled and professional did a superb job in installing a new kitchen and floors and the house never looked better! Thank you, Neil, for your exceptional support and guidance during this challenging time."
