Trading since 1998, we have covered all boilers and heating for domestic and even commercial heating and plumbing requirements, specialising in boiler repair and service/maintenance for Gas, Electrical work we pride ourselves on being prompt, competitively priced and professional.
We also complete boiler and central heating upgrade installations week in week out and have some of the most competitive installation prices around.
We are Gas safe no. (184658) Public liabilities insured for £5M and have a £20000 workmanship warrantee insurance policy for all our work.
Five year warrantees apply on all our work (Labour and Materials), and where manufacturers warranties apply (up to 10 years) for which we are accredited by including Worcester Bosch and Vaillant boilers.

Sam Lee - Image 1 "After having a problem with our under floor heating Mac came out to have a look and gave us all the options available for both repair and a new installation. We decided to get a new under floor heating for peace of mind and Mac gave us a no obligation quote for the work. He got us booked in as soon as he could and came to install the boiler as agreed. Mac left absolutely no mess in our bathroom which was nice to see as you can tell he takes pride in his work. Would 100 percent recommend and we will certainly be using his services in the future. "We would recommend Mac Talib to anyone. For months we have had central heating problems. I rang Mac Talib and he said it will be sorted. Masaud sorted out a number of problems. He really knows what he's doing. Thankyou Guys ,you are BRILLIANT"

"Masaud’s expertise is unmatched - I have had 5+ other companies fail to diagnose and repair issues with my heating system and gas hob leaving me with no heating over Christmas. I wish I had contacted Masaud sooner because he had everything fixed and running again within an hour or two! He also repaired the hob which another engineer had told me needs replacing so he’s saved me hundreds of pounds. Will be recommending Indoor Maintenance to all my family and friends. Thanks again!"

"Absolutely cannot fault Mac on any aspect of the work. He gave me excellent advice on choosing a new boiler, did the job on time and left the kitchen clean and tidy. A real pleasure to work with an old school tradesman who knows the job and looks after his customers."
