"When I found "Imperator Heat and Gas" by surfing the web and phoned them, I was aware immediately that they wanted to help to solve our gas fire problem. Phil, who I spoke to was most helpful in describing what the fault could be and a date for a visit was arranged. While the repair was being carried out, Phil kept me informed step by step what each part did and was very meticulous in his work and the subsequent testing of the fire and clearing up. We are now enjoying the gas fire which is working perfectly, many thanks."

"Very helpful and flexible in assessing and removing an old gas hob and installing a new one. Gave good advice and support on required specifications for the new hob to make the installation process more efficient. He was thorough, safe and tidy. He explained what he was doing and why it was necessary. I would definitely consider using again and would recommend to anyone needing gas or boiler work done."
