Most of work done using a high powered vacuum from the ground.
Photographic evidence can be provided
Diagnostic flush conducted upon completion to check alignment, water tightness and downpipes are flushing correctly.
Can be conducted by MWEPs, abseiling and vacuum.

Window Cleaning

Hot water reach and wash system used. (would you wash up with cold water? No – then why wash your windows with cold water)
Windows frames and sills included as a standard
Soffit and external gutters can also been cleaned, even the greenest UPVC can be revitalised

From flaunching and repointing your chimney to patch repairs on flat roofs we cover all aspects of roofing repairs and in urgent cases have responded quickly to resolve the issue.
Flat roofs which include work in GRP, felt or asphalt and pitched roofs whether concrete, clay or slate we can competitively quote for any new installs and more importantly provide detailed insight what we would recommend based on the relevant specific circumstances to you and your property
Gutter and soffit repair and installation. leaky corner clip or a whole course needs realignment, or maybe your downpipe which is cast iron needs to be changed to UPVC we cover and can help with all aspects of gutter repair and installation.

Plumbing

Our team conducts all aspects of plumbing including full bathroom renovations, basic repairs and pipework replacement. Our friendly team of specialist will be able to guide and advise you irrespective of your taste and style of décor, with your guidance let us create your vision

We offer a one off service throughout most of London and maintenance contracts (contracts are dependent on being within a maintenance area).
