James - Image 1 "Builder came and lowered basement steps to provide more clearance for entering basement. Added drainage at bottom of basement steps which included rerouting drainage from kitchen sink. Builder also fitted a new basement door and ensured correct profiling of bottom step to prevent rain/water leakage under the basement door. Finally builder replace concrete surface on rear driveway with decorative paving slabs and added profiling to ensure correct drainage."

Alex - Image 1 "So happy we found Ian and Rhys. They were reliable, punctual, and incredibly considerate. Ian takes a lot of pride in his work, has a wealth of experience and I can’t imagine anybody having done a better job. He also was able to advise how best to complete the work given future work we were having done 👍"

Review by Andrew
on 29th October 2024
Andrew - Image 1 "We recently instructed Ian to refurbish our utility room, this included removal of an internal wall, bricking up an old coal store and bricking up a doorway for a window - and repointing. The whole room was then insualted, plaster boarded, pastered and then painted. The work and Ian were excellent. We set out what we wanted and the work done was to a excellent standard as we described. Ian was punctual, courteous and kept us informed and updated throughout. Would definitely reccomend. Thank you Ian!"
