    "My friend recommended Ian and I’m so glad I contacted him. I have a large upstairs bedroom window and the hinge had rusted and snapped. Ian advised that bigger hinges should have been used, we arranged a date for the work to be done The communication was excellent as the date was changed a couple of time but an explanation was given each time So he replaced the hinge, only to find it wasn’t right due to some warping of the frame so he went straight to his supplier to get a different one and came straight back and fixed my window Really happy with the work and will definitely use again and I would recommend too"
